1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.glp1check.in, the GLP-1 Check triage tool, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by A TO Z LINK, a sole proprietorship registered in India, referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
GLP-1 Check is an informational and educational platform. The Service provides:
- A self-triage questionnaire that produces a non-binding GLP-1 Readiness Score based on Indian clinical guidelines.
- Educational content about GLP-1 receptor agonists, including semaglutide and tirzepatide.
- A directory of CDSCO/DCGI-approved semaglutide brands available in India for informational reference.
- An optional facility to be contacted on WhatsApp by a specialist or partner clinic regarding your result.
3. Not medical advice
Important medical disclaimer
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. The triage result is an informational screening output only. It is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified medical professional who has access to your complete medical history, current medications, examination findings, and laboratory results.
You should always consult a registered medical practitioner before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, or supplement. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on the Service.
Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and us, between you and any author or contributor to the Service, or between you and any specialist who may subsequently contact you through the Service.
4. Semaglutide is a Schedule H prescription drug
Semaglutide and other GLP-1 receptor agonists are classified as Schedule H drugs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 (India). They can be sold only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner. We do not sell, prescribe, dispense, or facilitate the unprescribed purchase of any medication.
Self-medication with semaglutide is dangerous and illegal in India. Do not purchase semaglutide or any other Schedule H drug from any source that does not require a valid prescription.
5. Eligibility to use the Service
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You can form a legally binding contract under Indian law.
- Your use of the Service is not prohibited by any applicable law.
The Service is designed for users in India. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available outside India.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Submit information that is false, misleading, or impersonates another person.
- Use the Service in connection with any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Use the Service or its content to provide medical advice, prescribe medication, or hold yourself out as a medical professional unless you are duly registered and qualified.
- Republish substantial portions of the educational content without our prior written consent.
7. WhatsApp communications
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive messages from us on WhatsApp regarding your triage result, follow-up questions, and (only if you opt in to marketing communications) periodic informational updates.
You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying with STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will continue to send you essential service-related messages (e.g. confirmation of opt-out) where required by Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the educational content or the triage scoring will be accurate, complete, or current at any given time, although we make reasonable efforts to keep it so. Clinical guidelines and drug approvals change over time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall A TO Z LINK, its proprietor, employees, contractors, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees) or the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
12. Indemnification

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable consumer protection laws, you and we agree that the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on the subject.
